"Two weeks ago, seven of us left from southern Ohio to run Route 66 to California, see the Grand Canyon, and make our way back home. We were on our way home when my husbandÕs heel-toe shifter came off his Õ03 Electraglide Classic and we realized the shaft was worn out. It was 5:45pm when we called your shop to see if you had the part and 6:07pm when we arrived. Your guy (I wish I could remember his name, but he rides a shovelhead) stayed to sell us the parts and waited with us in your parking lot. "I have been into the store several times to just "window shop" and maybe get an idea for the next bike. Even though I have never made a major purchase, the folks there are always welcoming and have never treated me like an outsider. Wes always welcoms me and chats with me about the progress I am making on my build even though it is not a Harley®. Of all the Harley® stores I have been in, to include the one in my home town, this is by far the best one. I am bulding a chopped out Triumph and CS H-D® has been more than helpful getting me the parts and information that I need to get it done. I recommend CS H-D® to everyone whether they ride a Harley®, Triumph, Honda, or anything in between. Guess who I will buy my Harley® from when its time!"

"Colorado Springs Harley-Davidson® Attn: Mr. Ken Phelps, Sales Manager Dear Mr. Phelps: Having many years of customer service management experience, we always heard the negative comments and very few positive ones, so we make it a point to always let management know about good service. I stopped by your sales room after leaving Pikes Peak Harley-Davidson®, where I had felt deceived by one of their Sales Consultants. That in itself is a whole other story. I noticed your facility had three XL1200Õs on the show room floor and after being told you had none by the Pikes Peak store. I contacted a sales representative by the name of Mike Long at your store. Mike listened to my needs and asked some pertinent questions such as what type of riding I was going to do, my riding experience, my financial position and comfort zone for payments to name a few. Mike showed me several bikes, taking his time and going past closing time. I told Mike, I would return in the morning with my wife to discuss these bikes further. Once again Mike showed us several bikes. We settled on my current bike. We started the wheels rolling and by that afternoon, I was back on a bike after nearly 18 years! Unfortunately, I still ride like a cop! I really want to give accolades to Mike Long! Tell him to never quit listening and asking those questions. I would also like to thank Aubree in clothing for all her time and help in fitting my helmet. Upon returning home I checked the Harley® site and found that there was a recall on my bike. I also realized that I would have to lay out $300 plus for the 1,000 mile service after riding the bike for 4 days. I returned to your store and was referred to the service department regarding these issues. I spoke with Brent Moniz who went out of his way to find out that the recall had been taken care and that there was a year left on my warranty. I then asked to speak to the service manager so we could talk about the 1,000 mile service and the cost that I would have to pay. Brent told me hold on let me talk to the sales manager. He returned within 5 minutes and said there will be no charge for the service, when would you like to bring it in? Needless to say, with customer service like this not only will I only take my bike to your store; but I would not hesitate to refer any of my friends or associates to your store as well. "Three weeks ago I purchased my first bike. I walked into the dealership and was greeted right away by Joy who put me in contact with Dave to "look" at bikes. I didn't have a lot of money to spend and I didn't want to get on too big of a bike for my first one. I am not a small man so Dave had me looking at one of the mid-sized bikes but they were out of my price range. He the directed me to the Sportsters. After the purchase of my 2006 XL 883, the service department could not deliver until the next day or two, but Dave went beyond his duty and delivered it to me himself.
